Literary structures that govern the content of the Book of Isaiah conceal and reveal layers of imbedded divine truths. These layered truths are not apparent from a surface reading of Isaiah’s prophecy but appear only when the imbedded devices are carefully analyzed. This multi-layered patterning is evidence of the work of a single author—Isaiah—who saw the end of the world from the beginning. While several literary structures are adaptations of ancient Near Eastern literary patterns, others, such as a comprehensive Seven-Part Structure, are original to Isaiah.
